Second Gibberish

Greetings,

Its time for the next lesson on Gibberish!

Today we are going to learn greetings!

Dr Chee Kia and I deciphered Giiburoishu greetings from the before-mentioned paragraph carved on the cavern walls.

The paragraph started with a 'Bof Sonnen' which translates as 'Good Morning' 'Good day'. 'Bof' translates as 'Good' in Giiburoishu and 'Sonnen' translates as 'Sun' in German. This is a clear example of what I meant by European influence.

As we read on, we stumbled across some sentences we couldn't decipher for it was too unclear. But we managed to decipher what came after the sentences. It read "...the seal will open after the seventh eclipse of the red moon." What 'seal', and what did it meant by 'the seventh eclipse'?
We found out that occasionally the Moon glows red due to it reflecting light from the planet Mars, which reflected light from the sun. Dr Chee Kia did a bit of research and found out that there were several 'red moons' and 6 recorded lunar eclipses on the red moons.

Which means, the seventh eclipse is coming.
And it will bring something with it.

Back to lessons. We found out that in Giiburoishu, 'Mond' translates and 'moon' in German, again you can see the European references.
Assuming Giiburoishu uses the sun and the moon to show day and night, we can say that 'Bof Mond' translates as 'Good evening' or 'Good night' depending on how it is used, or what time of night it is used.

In a Nutshell:

Bof Sonnen= Good Morning/Day
Bof Mond= Good evening/night

Bof= Good(though, there might be other words for good in Gibberish)
Sonnen= Sun
Mond= Moon.

That concludes the lesson for today.
Stay tuned for more lessons on Gibberish!

Bash Through You

Nothing's on my mind because I'm not thinking.

You stop thinking after you're done with Os.

I hope I don't have to think again.

Supposed to look for work, but I've been slacking (You can all follow my inspirational examples except for this one, slacking wastes your time)
I turned down a job offer to sell foldable chairs at pasar malams.
Meh,
If I took up that job, I would be working every single day.
I don't want that!

Last Thursday,
I went trekking with my uncle, cousins and my brothers.
We went to the water catchment area forest thingy near my house. We had to cross a large canal to get there. It wasn't an official trekking place, so my uncle flattened the tall grass for us to get through. We came to a dead end, a swamp. The ground was to soft for the younger cousins and I was wearing slippers.

Then on Friday,
We celebrated Hari Raya Haji.
One of the best ones we celebrated.

Ms Sharon Koh just got married today.
CONGRATULATIONS!

I'll end my post here,
Because I wanna work on my 'Giiburoishu' lessons!
Woohoo! So look forward to learning new Gibberish!

You'll be begging for more, but dont worry, more will come!

C R Y O S H E L L - Possible Rising Band.

Anyone ever heard of CRYOSHELL?

Well
They're a really awesim band based in Denmark.

They're not really popular yet, but they might have the potential to rise up the ranks.

An Alternative/Rock band, formed in 2006, Cryoshell was employed by Lego to perform songs for their Bionicle franchise. The band has already performed four songs for Lego.

And they are:
-Creeping In My Soul
-Face Me
-Gravity Hurts
-Closer To The Truth
-Bye Bye Babylon.

Bye Bye Babylon being their latest.
But recently the band has plans to go "independent" and release their own album. Their album will feature new versions of their old songs, as well as new songs. Set to come out by fall this year (2009), but it's winter now, and still no album.

The band is three-membered, each with their own nicknames. They get other session musicians to play with them during recording sessions and their music videos.
Band members are,
-Christine Lorentzen (Lore). The band's lead vocalist.
-Mikkel Maltha (Kal). Band's Pianist/Keyboardist/Bassist
-Kasper Søderlund (Asp). The band's lead guitarist

Other session musicians
-Niels Brinck. Vocalist for Face Me and Gravity Hurts.
-And an unknown drummer, seen in the Bye Bye Babylon music video.

The band seems to have similarities with Evanescence, with all the gothic style rock. But I think they have they're own style to be unique.

But being all gothic and everything, they're songs are not all about darkness and death. There is actually some meaning to their songs. Eventhough they sing of sorrow, their songs actually reflect what is going on in this world and what mankind has done to this Earth.

Their latest song, Bye Bye Babylon is actually a portrayal of what the world would be like after we have completely ruined it. Sort of like, trying to convey awareness to human beings.

Personally, I like them because they're different and they're not popular (yet). I really like smaller, less established bands because I feel that they're music is genuine and they're not playing for fame and wealth. I really hope Cryoshell would make it big. And when they do get popular, I hope they'll still play from their hearts. (haha).

Cryoshell,

An awesome rising band. Give them a shot.

Introductory lesson to 'Gibberish'

After years of studies and soul-searching amonst the mountains of the Atlantic Ocean.

Dr Chee Kia and I have developed a new language.
We call it 'Gibberish' and this new language will spread all over the world like a storm.

It all started when we were scaling Mount Fuji.
There was snow storm and we were forced to take cover in a cave.
Chee Kia started a fire and the light from the flame revealed some engravings on the cave walls.
It was in Kanji.
A form of Japanese writing. But it was in ancient writing so it took us hours to decipher it.
The engravings had a title followed by a full paragraph.
The title read 'Giiburoishu'.
We did not know what it meant but as we read on
We found out that 'Giiburoishu' was a form of language spoken by ancient Russians.
But the Russians did not call it 'Giiburoishu'. It had another name which was not stated in the paragraph.
But it looked like the language had Prussian and Spanish influences when one says the language out loud.
Russians probably brought the language to Japan and from there the Japanese modified the language.
The language helped us understand old Japanese and Russian languages and their ancient ties.
For example: Their struggle against the Mongols.

Old 'Giiburoishu' consisted of really long sentences. They have words for every punctuation and words to show tenses.

Me and Dr Chee Kia has added a few English-style grammar to this language in hopes that it will make learning the language easier. Our modifications has also shortened full sentences to a single word.

This is were our first lesson starts.

The first sentence we are going to learn is: 'Gopfa'
Which is 'Pleased to meet you' in English.
Notice we shortened the sentence drastically.

To reply to a 'Gopfa'
We say: 'Tapfa'
Which is 'Not only you but everyone's pleased to meet me'

So try this out with your friends.
Do not worry. More lessons on 'Gibberish' will come.
So stay tuned!

Wasn't Very Bright But It Was

Woah

Went to my class chalet yesterday,
And the day before.

It was awesim.

The first day was rather
HILARIOUS.

What we haha-ed about on the first day:

-Me, Daryl, Hao Jian and Rizuan got lost because, we alighted at the wrong bus stop.
-And the instructions on how to get to the chalet wasn't very useful because it made us even more lost.
-We hanged outside with a barbeque and a guitar.
-After I went home I think some of the dudes went to the Old Changi Hospital.

Bleh... I failed again.

But there was MORE stuff to haha about on the second day!

-When Daryl and I arrived, Ryan and Chewy were screaming while Shamym was washing off the dye-foam thingies from their hair.
-I think Shamym was pissed at me because I ate potato chips instead of helping her with the dishes. But I DID help! I fed her some potato chips.
-The dudes then messed up the kitchen again because everyone was hungry. Poor Shamym.
-Ryan was SOOOOO proud of himself because he fried chicken nuggets all by himself. The nuggets didn't last long.
-Aaron made chicken for us all too. That didn't last long too.
-It rained right after Guo Siong started the fire.
-Muizz tried dying his hair too. Esther was violently pushing his head down while she was washing the substance thingy off. The dye didn't stick.
-Oh and the satays took so long to cook.

I went back early, so I didn't know what happened after that.

Chalet was fun-tastic.

Be we never did go down to the beach. So I felt that there was something missing.
But it was AWESIM nonetheless.

I got my haircut yesterday.
I went to a salon/hairdressers whatever.
And the stylist styled my hair. It rawked.
But when I tried styling on my own, It was'nt the same. Daryl kinda told me practice makes perfect.
I think Aishah was 'eww' at the idea of me going to the salon, because according to her men should go to barber shops.

This Saturday (21.9.2009) should be another merry day, because in the day its Graduation DAy and at night is Prom Night.
Im wearing grey, so no one is allowed to wear the same.

I wanna post something fun after I'm done with this post.

I know everyone would be begging for more.

Weeee awesim shift+1

Evenly Spread

Yess yes...
I'm back.

I am currently making myself a sandwich

Nutella Sandwich.
(Fans take note: Zafir loves Nutella sandwiches. Actually... Who doesn't?

Been around 4 days since I wrote to everyone.
I'm sure everyone misses me.

Sad to say that this post would be short.

Let me start with a list of what I did today.

-Got Prom coat
-Ate scrumptious Nutella sandwiches
-Watched Fantastic Four
-Watched FlashForward

Actually I didn't do much today.

List of things I failed to do.

-Wash my dad's car
-Buy that G.I.Joe DVD

I just failed in making lists.
How embarrassing is that?
But I'm sure my fans would understand.

I'm kinda excited for tomorrow
Because I'm...
-Getting a haircut
-Attending a barbecue

People are coming to my house tomorrow.
There's a direct bus from my house to the chalet.
How awesim is that.
Rizuan is bringing his Xbox. OH.
I think it's going to be an awesim evening.

You know what?
I'm going to brainstorm on ways I can make my blog more popular.
So get ready for changes!
Because...
They're coming your way really soon!
I hope.

Nothing much there.
Beg for more of me.
TTG

That was compact.

Poem About A Girl

This poem is about a girl named Hidayah,
She's not as hot as fire,
But you get the idea,
She's trying so hard to lose all those spare tires.

Everyday she wakes up at nine,
To a cold air-conditioned room,
Her morning face so unsightly that the weak-minded goes blind,
Only the strong can avoid this doom.

But she's not all diabolical,
She fills your day with smiles,
She skips down roads giving away free popsicles,
And disappears down the mile.

But do not worry,
For Hidayah will return yes she will,
By bus or by lorry,
Just look to path by that hill.

She'll soon come back,
In our guts yes we know,
Hidayah will return to us,
Under the silver of falling snow.

End Hopefully

GUESS WHAT?

I my fame will increase.
Wanna know why?

Because.
Os
are
OVER!

Parteh Parteh Parteyyy!
Ahaha!
I'm free. TOO BAD PURE SCIENCE people. 13th November. Friday? Hohoho!

Sigh...
Yeah...
But now that everything's over, I don't really have anything to do.
I don't know why.
I can't explain it.
This time, the holidays feel like it's gonna be realllllly BOOOORRRIIING.

So it's probably enjoy, then find a job.
Ahh at least O levels was'nt all stress and study.
We had some laughs too.
Like that time me and Daryl studied over at Natalie's and Lixin's house.
Yeah and because of THEM, I got addicted to Korean music.
Dammit.
I was supposed to be anti-Korean music.

Oh and there was that time, when Aaron, Hong Hau, Daryl, David and me was in the toilet.
Hong Hau being the smart ass, was so confident he could fix a leaking toilet
Suddenly, me and Aaron heard Hong Hau shouting from the cubicle.
I was like 'what the hell?'
Hong Hau then came out all wet and water was squirting out from the toilet behind him.

Me and Aaron was like HAHA.

My life is so interesting.

We SCREAMED after the last paper.
We then tried to decide on what to do after we finished SCREAMING!
We did not know what to do.
):
So me, Lutfi, Try and Daryl went to Burger King for a late lunch.
I had to leave them half-way because I had to meet my neighbour.
He just got a new Xbox360.

We found a warped onion ring.
Lutfi ate it afterwards.

Lucky I caught it on camera.

Rather sad,
Because school has kept us together for all these years.
Now schools ended,
Nothing to keep us together.
I hope we stay together,
But that's abit hard.
Will miss you guys.

One last time.
On 21st November.
A date I shall mark out on my calendar.
The date I shall remember,

Forever.
drama

You will be begging for more of me. Now that you dont see me much.
I miss you people already...

Sad Game

Hey guys I just thought of a new pointless challenge.
Just a tiny something that you can do to irritate people on Windows Live Messenger.

We will be using the 'A' 'S' and 'D' keys on the keyboard for this challenge.
What you are supposed to do is to hit all three keys at the same time until you get the word 'sad'.
Its actually harder than it sounds.
After every attempt... Be sure to hit 'Enter'

An example of a sad person attempting this 'challenge'

Zafir-sama says:
das
haha!!!

i wanna post it on my blog

Fingertips Upon Frets

Rising stars
Like ME
Have lives too
Wanna know what happened the past week?

The crowd says: YES ZAFIR! TELL US!

First up.
Kembridge or SEAB or whatever must've not been thinking straight by putting Humanities and Sciences on the SAME week. Do you know the amount of stress they put us through? Look through the Facebooks of O level takers and you'll know.

Then theres this bus incident.
Stupid old ha... woman was hogging the damn bus seat. I was with Azmin(my friend) on our way back home. Okay so the bus was PACKED and Azmin decided to sit right at the back and leaving no space for me to sit. Only available sitting spot was beside the old hag.
So when I was about to sit down the woman put her leg on the other seat.
I was like: wth...
I just sat down. And she pretended to be asleep. I want to whack her wrinkles off her wrinkly face SIALLLL!!!!!

Then on Wednesday.
My neighbour told me he's getting an XBOX 360 at the 11th. He asked me to come along to get one. Looks like I'm gonna be part of this historical occasion.

Thursday.
I slacked the whole day. Only free time I had since like before Prelims.
I drew a helmet and its on Facebook! Yay!
Nurul showed me her fashion designs. I loved it. She said I only liked it because of the sexy models.

Haha!

Today is Friday.
Went over to my friend's house. His name's Akid.
Ahh he was sick. Needed some comany.

No pictures today. Maybe I'll edit later

Been a while since i touched my guitar. Did I ever mention I plan to get a new one. Apparently from Sinamex. I heard theres a sale on Taylor Guitars there. Daryl-tan's gonna go there with me.

Actually my keyboard is melting. Its all sticky and theres this poisonous-ey smell coming from it. Haha!
And I'm still touching it.

So ends a what I felt was a less-fun post by me.

So I bet this is gonna leave you BEGGING for more.
